Day 1: Begin your Saigon foodie experience with a bowl of Hu Tiu noodle, prepared with dry rice noodle and pork broth, and dripping coffee. We’ll then visit central market featuring street foods and snacks. Lunch with a Banh Mi (Vietnamese sandwich) helps refill your energy to continue exploring the local cuisine diversity. Dine-around dinner with some weird food at a local bistro is truly phenomenon as you can taste and toast!

Day 2: After breakfast at the hotel we transfer to the verdant garden house of Chef Cam Van, a famous TV culinary educator. Join a private cooking class with the Chef specialized Southern cuisine. Followed by a visit to the Cu Chi War Tunnel on your return to HCMC.

Day 3: Depart for the Mekong Delta and discover the local savory life. Enjoy a boat cruise on the Mekong River and sample local snacks of coconut candies, pop-rice, and variety of tropical fruits. Lunch with Mekong River specialties at a farm house. This evening we have a feast with weird food

Day 4: Rise early for the Cai Rang floating market boat ride. We’ll capture the river life at this unique market place. Observe the process of making Hu Tiu noodle at a local home before heading back to the hotel. Enjoy lunch with noodle soup and Banh Xeo pancake. Return to HCMC in the late afternoon.
